Shepherd’s Haven is a faith-centered transition home that supports youth experiencing foster care, housing instability, or homelessness as they prepare for independent adulthood.

We serve youth ages 15–19 who are experiencing foster care, housing instability, or homelessness and are in need of support, mentorship, and guidance during the transition into adulthood.

A transition home provides a stable living environment where youth can develop life skills, receive mentorship, and access support needed to move toward independent adulthood.

We provide stable housing along with support in areas such as education, tutoring, employment readiness, transportation, counseling connections, financial literacy, and life skills development.

Youth are connected to Shepherd’s Haven through partnerships with local child welfare agencies, schools, community organizations, and other support services.
